Programs for families?

What programs take place on your post?

What programs does ACS do that have had an impact on your family?

What programs has the Chaplain done that had an impact on your family?

What could be better? What would you like to see happen for Army Families?

Do you have someone on your post that really makes a diffrence?

To be honest, I have NO idea what programs ACS or the chaplain offer. Since I have been here (2 years), ACS has put out 1 flyer about a set of programs for the spouses. Classes include depression and deployment, military acronyms, rank/structure, effective communication, etc. Maybe there are some spouses for whom that would be informative. I am 29 (plus a few) with a college degree and 2 deployments under my belt (about to start my 3rd). I see very little for people like me. Seems like everything is directed at the "young" ones.

But it is fine, I got my "house" in order so I dont know they would really be able to offer me anything that would help much. Take care!
