I have finally figured out how to get into the Cisco router. The problem I'm having is rebooting it.?
Can anyone tell me what command is used to reboot a router when it's down? I'm still learning about this and I need to know how to do this for my job. We provide tech support for various hotels and every once in a while their network goes down and we have to reboot the router remotely. Any help will be greatly appreciated. It's a Cisco 1721.

at the enable prompt type reload and press enter.
Or have them turn off the power to it for a cold reboot.
