I GB Memory Card Mislabeled?

I have a 1GB high speed memory card in my C743 Kodak digital camera. I have the camera set to 7.1 mp for each photo. The camera says I can take 776 photos. That's more than twice what I expected. I suspect they mislabeled the memory card and I really have a 2GB card. How can I find out what the capacity of the card really is?

    connect it to your pc, and then you should be able to access info about it from there. right click on it and go to "properties" from the menu that appears. If youre using windows XP a pie chart should come up telling you the total amount available and used etc.
