What can I eat a ton of and not gain weight?

I quit smoking 3 weeks ago and im hungry all the time. If i dont eat i get mean. If im full and i mean stuffed I am a nice guy again but im up 13 lbs. I started going to the gym this week and i feel great. I feel great when im stuffing my face.

    Drink 8 glasses of water a day, you can also add cyrstal light to it. It will curve your appitite because the brain cannot tell thirst from hunger.

    So you might just be thirsty and your eating to rid yourself of that need.

    So drink more and eat lots of fiber and fresh veggies!!

    i cant tell you what to eat but do be careful i quit 1 year and 5months ago and i put on 66 pounds beware try the fruits and vegetables. but if your craving something else fight the urge .

    keep up the good work though quitting smoking is a tough one.

    congrads. i also quit and i am on 77 days. i have gained 5 and they tell me this is normal. but i am working on the weight now. fruits and veggies are best. i am hocked on fireballs and gum. i also eat alot of health bars. watch the sugar and carbs tho. youre going to the gym so keep it up and again, congrads on the quit. keep the quit.
