if it is for hotmail get them to send the password reset to your yahoo address then get the web address and instead of putting in your yahoo email PUT IN YOUR HOTMAIL ADDRESS i just put it big so you can see it :DD
and then after you change your password login and change your secret question
this is what i do when i forget everything

When you sign in click the button that ses "forgot password? Then go from there.

The only thing I can suggest is to get a new screen name
