    Depends on how bad I feel. If I'm just a little bit down, I do something to distract myself, like curl up to watch a good movie, read or work on a painting....and of course, eat stuff I probably shouldn't (sweets are my downfall). If I am too far down, I withdraw. I put on headphones to listen to music and close my eyes to shut everything out, or I just sleep. Life has taught me that if I wait and ride it out, things always get better eventually. So I have learned to accept the situation as it is and be patient.

    I am feeling the same way right now. I came here to help not think I guess. I usually go to bed early and hope that tomorrow is better. Usually I pray and that helps. If I have trouble falling asleep then I have to "take matters into my own hands" and sometimes that makes me feel better too. Try it, it might work for you too. THen go to bed and you will wake up in the morning feeling all refreshed and ready to go. GOod luck.

    Make some plans for tomorrow. Sigh. Play some tear jerker music. Let the teardrops flow for a little while. Take a hot shower. Hit the sack early. Pray for my ancestors. Sleep the deepest sleep i can.

    i usually do homework for the entire day... you really get ahead in school when u have a blue week....lawl... umm try starting a new hobby or something... not something that requires alot of time or space or anything... maybe something that you can start now, and continue doin in a couple of days.... or how bout just drawing... drawing tends to distract me from those blue moods...

    Read a good book, watch a favorite movie, eat something I really like, go buy myself something small I want, call a friend, hug my mother, come on here and answer.

    I cuddle up on the couch in some comfy clothes and space out watching tv then I just fall asleep.

    Turn on some soft music, fix a cup of tea and snuggle up with a good book.

    write poetry..listen to loud rawk music and dance 2 it...them slow myself down with a lil r&b....then eat somethin....then talk to someone who alwayz makes me laugh...then go to sleep
