A cook book for weeds and herbs???
Hey all, last week I stumbled upon a web site called grannyearth.com. The site is awesome and from it I purchased a cook book for weeds and herbs (same thing really) which grow commonly around our homes. There is info on how these weeds are beneficial to use as well. Every single recipe I tried this far is awesome. Check out the site, and the book which is inexpensive.

How wonderful. I'll check it out. You should also purchase a copy of the Peterson Field Guides "Edible Wild Plants". It's a marvelous book just full of great ideas.
Did you know that a "Granny" is an Appalachian term of respect for a "water-witch or witch-doctor" in other words, a woman wise in the ways of nature and the earth? My great-grandmother was such a Granny. It's wonderful to see the art being revived.
