Simple... just ask them to leave.

If you're a guest too, you really can't do it politely - your sister-in-law or her husband have to be the ones to do it.
If you don't care about "politely", you can start telling the unwanted guest about this gruesome & highly contagious disease you've just contracted. Then cough on her a couple times. She'll leave.

I find a death grip around the throat followed by a quick trot towards the door usually does the trick.
