Your Invited To Dinner!!!!!?

If I invited you, and or your family to my house for dinner, and I asked for you to write the menu, what would I be cooking/serving...

1. APPETISER

2. SOUP/SALAD

3. ENTREE WITH SIDES

4. DESSERT

5. DRINK

I would cook anything you like, And for all of you who are not answering correctly, your welcome for the 2 point's thats why you bothered anyway right.

And another thing just to let you know, I dont think I would mess up the menu, I am chef and owner of a gourmet restaurant....

Ok here are the favorites of the restaurant.

1. Crab stuffed Portobella

2. French onion soup or Greek Salad with anchovies

3. Jack Daniel's glazed 12oz. New york strip served with sauteed new potatoes with roasted peppers, garlic and shallots. white wine sauteed asparagus

4. Strawberry,Lemon or vanilla creme brulee served with fresh seasonal fruit

5.Ferrari-Carano Merlot or Ferrari Chardonnay

    That's a first. What kind of a host or hostess are you :) ? O.k. Here its goes.........

    Appetiser: Dungarees crab cake.

    Soup: French Onion Soup.

    Entree: Blackened Fish, wild rice and some veggies.

    Dessert: Apple Crumb Pie.

    Drink: A Red Cab or Red Zin.

    French bread and olive spread

    A salad with fresh blue berries, strawberries, walnuts, and dried cranberries topping nice spring baby greens and lettuces with a raspberry vinaigrette.

    Herb baked chicken with asparagus and rice pilaf

    Angel food cake with a vanilla sauce

    Iced chai tea
