I really liked it; it surprised me, since I have different tastes in books than most of my friends who liked the book, but I ended up really liking the story for being a story; I don't care if it's true or not. It's just fun to read.

I have read the Da Vinci and I give it a rating of 3 out of 5. It is quite a good book and interesting one. If you are someone adventurous and outgoing then this book is suitable for you.

I do think that this book actually gain publicity because of its story line about Christianity. Dan Brown claims that the facts in the book are true. However, there aren't much evidence to prove them.

The starting of the book is exciting. At the back, things get more complicated just like in the movie. it is quite hard to understand whats going on at the back part of the story.

Honestly, there are many better books out there which are better than Da Vinci. Faithful Christians might get offended when reading this book. Remember, faith doesn't have to be proven.

If you still insist on reading Da Vinci go ahead with it then. If you do need any help on suggesting book titles, I might be able to help you with that.

It is an interesting book. I would describe it as a good book for these times, but I would never call it a great book.

It is worth reading if you haven't seen the movie or you haven't read any other book by Dan Brown. This is because all his books are very much alike and you can only be carried away by his stories when you first come in contact with them.

I advice you to read it but keep an open mind and treat it for what it is..just a story.

It was a good book. However, I listened to all the moaning the Catholic church did about the book. All I can say to that is ~ if it's just make believe, why complain. Can there actually be some truth mixed in? Read and you decide. I did.

The religious stuff aside, the book is terribly written. Don't waste your time or money reading the book or watching the movie. They are both insulting to any intelligent person.

It was alright, a little cliche with the handsome professor with hazle eyes and a shock of chestnut hair lol. That ruined the book to me and it doesn't live up to the hype. It is however a good book if you look past the hype and Langdon's 'sex appeal'.

I have to agree with Kait. I liked Angels and Demons better as well.... If you find that you like this sort of genre, you might also enjoy books by Steve Berry (The Third Secret was my favorite), and The Expected One by Kathleen McGowan

I agree with Linda, silly to the point I almost did not finish it. This professor suddenly becomes James Bond! For me the story was trash fiction, but it was set on an interesting background, which is it's one saving grace.

Not really. I was expecting a great book. I found it pretty boring and at times silly. Really, despite the hype, a big waste of time

I thought that the book was good, the movie kind of ruined it for me.

I would suggest Angels & Demons though, it's much better.
