This is honestly something that a bakery would most likely have to do or would have to be special ordered somewhere. It looks as though the writing is with the edible printer paper, which generally isn't available at your local print store.

If you really wanted to do this, you could do something similar by molding chocolate into whatever shape you wanted, buying edible ink and paper and placing the paper (printed) on the chocolate as it is hardening. Many edible inks can only be used in certain printers, however.

Please bare in mind that this will not be a cheap favor by any stretch of the means!

I've been searching and searching and I cant figure out where you could get these. There are places that sell edible paper and you can try those places.

I have been looking on ebay for mine as they have all sorts of bits you could use to make them boxes netting etc it also gives you ideas and some people will even make them for you.
