Get up before the sun and watch tv. Only watch the news.
Then get outside at sunlight. And go to work or school, or for a walk in the nature.
You truly have a good personality to understand that becomming a better person is a good thing.

HI there I know this might sound a bit strange but think positive and things are never as hard as they seem, eat loads of vegies and a good healthy sorce of meat and the minute you think I'm sitting on the couch again I should do something, just do it, your the first person who can get you moving start something and finish it, and praise yourself for it make yourself feel good for what you have completed go for a five minute walk or (silly but makes you feel good) Skip. think positive thoughts if something goes wrong re look at it and see how it really isn't that bad and see what the lesson was you were meant to learn from it. and just remember there really is so much to learn and be thankfull for. Good luck mate.

First listen to your body.
I found I was most productive (in housework) if I hadn't left the house, hadn't turned on the TV or check e-mails in the morning. (Walking the kid to the bus stop was the limit). This meant disclipline on my part, if I really wanted to make a difference its' worth it.
Now that's what works for me. You might be different.
If you're a night person, maybe organising your day so you're doing your work at the time of the day you're at your peak.

I'm not a life coach though seeing one may be the option, if you have spare cash.
Also, meditation etc, and motivational music etc may help you. Also remember that you only live your life once, so put effort into it, try hard.

i used to have this problem.... the best way to get out of this is to shake yourself and move!!! come on you must have dreams and ambitions!!!! work towards them!!!!!
you need to find out what do you want to do after grad.... then work towards it.... and ya, it will be very helpful if you avoid areas like the tv room or the bed!!!!!

find something that interests you and go after it.
music? art? something...
then develop your knowledge and skills as a side project for yourself.
the world is full of interesting things.
