Spanish grammar questions: articles after verbs?

I'm writing an essay and I wanted to double check a few things.

Which of these would be correct?

La biblioteca emplea doce personas.

La biblioteca emplea a doce personas.

Los estudiantes deberían saber...

Los estudiantes deberían de saber...

And finally, is my dictionary translation of "foreign language lab" correct? "El laboratorio del departamento de idiomas extranjeros" Is there a phrase that's used for this instead?

    They are all correct for many reasons I'll try to explain 2.

    1) Spanish people such as me,put changes in our words.

    2)Not all Spanish people speak the same.

    And there is another phrase I'll say it now. "El laboratorio del departamento de (los) idiomas extranjer(a)s"

    Very strange..Yes I know but there is more than one type of use in the spanish language.
