Phil Jackson is a bit overrated today, he is good but the triangle can't work with Kobe. Only reason he won a championship with the Lakers was because of Shaq. No disrespect to the organization and players.

Anyways I put Skiles up there because just look what he did over the last 3 years with the young bulls team. 3 consecutive playoff appearences and they swept the Heat. They are a team on the rise and will win the championship in about 2-3 years.

Don Nelson is just great. He took a bunch of wild boys and turned them into one of the elite teams in the NBA right now. He managed to get the Warriors to do something that even the Heat couldn't do and that was play when it mattered. They dominated the best team in the NBA and next year they wont be a joke.
