at my office we charge $300.00. and another $100 per Power of Attorney (living will) which all lawyers will push for. ..mainly since you need 2 PoA per person per couple. thats about $1000 per couple. and usually for a couple there are "package deals"

Depends on the type of will and the area of the country. In the Chicago area a simple will (one without trusts) can go as low as $300. For a will that has trusts, which requires hours more work, you will be charged a larger fee. I have seen wills with several trusts go for as much as $5,000.

it can be upwards to 800-1000 dollars depending on how long it takes.
