ok your fuel cleaner went to work on the inside of your fuel tank and fuel lines. if you can drain your fuel tank and flush it with fuel. next change your fuel filter. next, this is the hard step, take the top of the carb off. screws around perimeter of carb lift very slowly set aside right next to carb. then take a spray can of gumout carb cleaner and spray everythingyou can. get the thottle venturi ,float and what ever . if you can take float out careful for springs and clean jets. if you have any adj. screws count turns in, write down, take out spray in these holes finnally disconnect line to carb might be inline filter there, change andput all back together.put fresh fuel in system set choke pump thottleand hope it starts. now easier method---take to boat repair place

it's a simple carb. pull it off, open it up, and see what's wrong and correct it.
