Yes Happiness is contagious. Try to be in a bad mood around happy people.You Cant.

Yes I do believe that smiles are contagious, it takes fewer muscles in the face to smile, it makes you feel much happier if you have a smile and if you pass someone smiling it is impossible not to return that smile.

I think that if someone is smiling or laughing, even if you don't understand why, most people usually smile or laugh along with him/her. Smiles and laughs have, for all time, been a sign of amiability and a non-threatening gesture.

I would guess that humanity has simply been born with the instinct that smiling or laughing along with someone who's friendly assures him as well.

smiles are contagious and they also make you feel good maybe thats why im always smiling lol but i work in a nursing home and im always trying to make the residents smile and they end up laughing at me cause i make a fool outta myself but thats what makes me enjoy my job even more

If someone smiles at us it has a very good meaning behind it

that is

1)they knew us very well

2)they r happy to see us healthy

3)they r very happy to make us as their friend

4)they might be waiting to see us since long back

and lots more....

So always keep smiling and be good to every one not artificially but inside from heart and definitely they like us and they also try to be like us...............

Yes, they are contagious, but some people are good at never smiling. Their face may crack. That's sad.
