go to the address book and make a new category. add all the emails you want to be hidden in that category you just made. and when your sending an email, just type the name of the group/category in the bcc

Use Blind Carbon Copy or BCC. When I use this option I put my e-mail address in the To and all of the others in the BCC this way none of the receipients can see who else it has been sent to.
