Well I have one story I remember about Alice Cooper. He and his band managed to get an audition with Frank Zappa, well Alice Cooper says Zappa told them to be at his house at 7:00, so Alice and his band show up at Frank's house and start playing in Frank Zappa's front yard while Frank is asleep. Zappa said what are you doing? and Alice said you said to be here at seven, then Frank says: I meant 7PM not AM. To shorten the story Frank said: I'll sign your band if it will make you go away, so Alice Cooper got signed because Frank Zappa was tired and wanted him to go away.
