What's the movie about the guy with tourette's syndrome??

I saw it recently. It was an independent movie and the actors all had british accents. The main character had tourette's and he also had OCD. It was really good but i can't recall the title...Can anyone help???

thanks!

p.s. it was a dramatic comedy. Probably made in the last two or three years.

    It might be "Dirty Filthy Love" starring Michael Sheen. It was released in 2004. I have this one in my queue on Netflix and I want to see it. I am hoping for a decent portrayal of TS.
