To answer your primary question, I believe that there are women who get turned on by the thoughts of being tied up and taken away somewhere. To address the rest of your question, being into bondage isn't quite the same as being gay or lesbian. With homosexuals, it will be obvious what their sexual orientation is when they want to reveal their partner to someone. Being into bondage is something that can easily be kept under wraps and probably should, since it's not a wise idea to be exposing others to your sexual proclivities. Obviously your partner should find out eventually. Probably the right time is when a certain level of trust is established between the two of you. Your partner should be in a position that can accept you for what you like but not feel like it's something that the two of you must do. Your partner must be consenting if you are going to be indulged, but may not be, so be ready for that. In terms of your family, well that depends on your family.
