What do you think the best idea to develop a country ?

there is no ready formula for this. first there should be a goal for achieving anything. as you said, here the goal is to have a country of prosperity with peace. how can we achieve this? we have a definite mindset now. to change this, it takes time. strategy has to be discussed. there may be better ways of doing this than what i have in my mind. we can strengthen the agencies like UNO for this. moreover, the education system should be such, from the school level itself, such feeling should be imparted to children so that when they grow, they will not indulge in hatred towards other culture, other religion, other countries but only indulge in the prosperity of the mankind.

Find a way to eliminate corruption in government

an honest police force might help.

the civilians play a major role.they would have to be united. that seems like a good first step
