    Yes, they use a sprial cutter.

    Do you know when you take off the peel of a potato in one thing. They use a special peeler and go around the potato as if they were taking a peel off and they stay in that shape

    Buy an appliance called the Tator Twister. Works great and it's kinda fun!

    It's a special knife. You're not actually curling the potato, but cutting around it
