    Yes, it happened only 4 times in the history of the NBA, its a very rare feat!

    Yes there have been four: Nate Thurman, Alvin Robertson,

    Hakeem Olajuwon, and David Robinson; but guys like Wilt Chamberlain would have had a LOT more if they recorded blocks back then.
