I have had cortisone shots twice in my hand and I am in need of another but my Dr. does not recommend continual use and now Say's I need surgery. I also don't have insurance it cost me $150.00 each time in California and only lasted for about 3 months each time I now wish i had saved the money for the operation.
They also hurt like hell

We have a JPS hospital here in fort worth, texas that helps people with no insurance. They base it on your income. You probably have one similar in your area. I know of a program that can help you with Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription and Chiropractic care or costs.
