Last week I installed "Style XP" on my girlfriends computer.?

It allows you to apply cool themes on your computer. It works fine on my computer. Anyway, since then every single program has turned into a .lnk file. Nothing runs with a double click. I couldn't even run system restore. I had to do it before logging in to windows. After restoring the system to a previous state everything was fine, but not for long. A few minutes later and everything was a .lnk file. What can i do?

This problem I also faced. If all the files turn into the .LNK file its kind of a serious problem. If all the icons change to a single icon then u need to remove that program. First try to remove the MS Paint from ur PC using Add/Remove program.
