does anyone know where we can find a tailgate for a 1989 ford bronco?

Just go down to your local junkyard/car parts junkyard/chop shop. Although I do recommend calling around first to see if they have what you need on their lots. Where I'm from, junkyards are extremely well organized and know exactly whats on their lots at all times. Usually you can get the stuff pretty cheap too.

Edit: You might want to see if other models have the same design. I don't know much about the Bronco line, but it might be the case that a '92 Bronco tailgate might fit just the same as an '89 tailgate.

I just sent a 1989 Bronco to the junk yard with new tires on it, I am in Kentucky though, I couldn't give the parts away, it looked brand new on the outside too, sorry. Check the nearest junk yard.

i'm particular sorry approximately this mess you're in ,my buddy, and a solid lock smith could make a key for the door, and ingnition too,inspite of the shown fact that it sounds like an ignition swich has been replaced in it and that's distinctive than the doors,by using fact on the element,this is a matched set on the doors and ignition.. and to alter all to extra healthful one secret is to epensive. you should substitute all tumblers interior the doors and ignition... and on the weekend is the worst time,and whether you come across a locksmith,they're going to value extra time..or weekend pay scale..in case you should attend until the weekday,and get a locksmith open it,and have one extra key or 2 made for it too...

Go to the junk yard, if they dont have one they can order one from another junkyard for you.

most yards have a locator service ,if you can not find one right away.
