I have a Disabled windows background and need help fixing it. How do I do it?

I got a virus that disabled my background and has made it where I can't change it. How do I reenable it after I got rid of the virus.

    try "system restore"...

    I had the same case some time ago... and i tried it and it works perfectly

    also try Line 142 ........"Allow Wallpaper/Background Changes - disable "

    OR Line 187 : Restore Themes functionality.

    OR line 195 Restore WallPaper views

    I think Line 195 or 187 may work.
