I want to know about that planet which is like earth?

Well..that would be Mars. The new planet Gliese 581 c, is not really that Earth like. It is is it's sun's habitable zone, but so is Mars, and they havn't even proven the existence of water on Gliese, while water on Mars, has been confirmed many times.

Also, Gliese 581 c is more than twice our size, Mars is a little more than half Earth's size.

actually there's no other planet like earth.nasa is trying to find evidence of life on mars.as of now they have found only traces of canal systems and patches of algae in frozen water.

I presume you mean Gliese 581c ? Try Wikipedia or Google using "gliese 581c" as your search term.

all I know is that it doesnt rotate and it is orbiting a dwarf star.
