Whats Wrong with my car?. A grand prix w/ remote starter. it and will start, but cuts off after a few seconds

if it won't stay idling you should check the IAT sensor (located on the intake) for carbon build up and possible replace your MAP sensor if that doesn't work, it doesn't sound to me like it has anything to do with the remote start if it does the same thing when you have the key in the ignition too. The battery light is coming on because the car died, that is normal.

Sounds like possibly the alternator or maybe fuel injector. Take it to Auto Zone or Napa and they should be able to run a diagnostic check at no charge.

sounds like an oil pressure problem.
