It's a pretty distinct (and amazing) song, but I came up with a few that have similar qualities. Midnights and Mornings by Blusom, Black Boots (Pt. 2) by Baskervilles, Everybody's Leaving by Elkland, Skateboarding Saves Me Twice by Grandaddy (and a lot of his other stuff too), Set Yourself on Fire by Stars (and that whole album), and of course all the Death Cab for Cutie stuff (it's the same lead singer).

Listen to Death Cab For Cutie, Dntel, and Rilo Kiley. These bands contain members from The Postal Service. Its pretty similar but more indie.
