how do i know if some ones going to mess with my head ?

all my ex's have really messed with my head but one .
how do i figure out if their going to mess with my head before i get in a relationships with them .
I'm asking , no begging for help .

There's no one else in this world can tell that to you other than yourself. First, you have to be firm and mature enough to face the series of life. You have to be mature and smart enough to make sure that no one ever in this world can mess with your intellectual ability, that is the only thing you have left after all. 

Make sure you're done and over your previous relationship and have learned from it, before going into a new furnished relationship.

Just date normal nice guys and you'll be fine.. if you don't then make sure you're strong and stable enough to handle the other ones.

You don't, unless you can predict the future. However you can look at yourself and see if there is something you can do to ward off this behavior or not let it affect you. After all, it's your head...you're in control of it.
