Do you struggle to make ends meet and pay your bills each month or are you living in the lap of luxury?

I live paycheck to paycheck. If my parents weren't paying for my daughter's daycare, I'd be homeless.

I don't struggle. I save 25% of my gross pay every year and have enough saved that I could take the next six years off without a problem (and without touching my retirement savings). But I wouldn't say I live in the lap of luxury because I don't choose to buy luxurious things. I would say that I'm fortunate that I can buy pretty much anything I want (but my wants are relatively inexpensive).

Luxury whats that???!!!!! I live paycheck to paycheck sometimes getting a payday advance (not wise I know) but I tend to pay bills first and myself later (much later) LOL. I am trying to rebuild my credit too from my early teens. Anyway that's how I live.

I think if I was a better budgeter we wouldn't struggle as much. However, I tend to want to pay my debts down quickly and thus, don't have as much as I would like at the end of the month.

There is a lot of ground between the two. I am currently clawing my way out of debt. Once I'm done, I can take the money currently going to payments and have a life.

LOL what is luxury, we have three kids they take all our money and what is left goes for bills.

i plan well and do not overspend... i have everything i need and only buy things that i 'want' when i have the extra cash.. i think i live lavishly; i have a great life even without driving around in a bentley, flying to exotic locations, and fine dining.. haha.. life is great. i still buy lottery tickets and can't wait to win.
