how do u use the web cam on your hotmail??

    very easy , when you open the box of private conversation you will find in the toolbar cam icon , click on it

    hotmail?? I think you can use it for MSN messenger. You cannot use a webcam under an email address. You have to get an instant messenger program. I would reccommend for you to utilize yahoo instant messenger because that's the only instant messenger to give you reliable web cam coverage. Go to yahoo.com and dowload Yahoo messenger.

    you have to have msn messenger. then if that person is online, right click, send an instant message, then the third icon thing at the top you click on. it will say 'start or stop video call' if you leave the mouse over it. that's webcam.

    or don't im anyone yet, click the little arrow at the end of your name at the top, click on personal setting or options. then click the little tab 'personal' (it should be the first one) and at the bottom at 'My Webcam' click the box. then click apply, ok, and THEN im that person and let them click on the little webcam icon below your display picture.

    well first you download msn http://get.live.com/messenger/overview after that you connect trought your hotmail email to the msn

    after connecting you click on Contacts > Add contact

    After accepting you can use your cam on msn live while chatting and even using voice
