why do they list Law and Ethics in the same catagory???

    Good question, since lawyers are not bound to honesty in the court room. They don't swear on a Bible.

    Because law is supposed to be ethical. And everyone knows that there is a lot of corruption in law. So we can debate the ethics of unethical laws and the sort.

    but I might be wrong.

    Because it's a common misconception. Either they have it or they are pandering to others who have it.
