Ed Mitchell made himself popular with NASA bosses by secretly carrying out ESP experiments whilst inflight on Apollo 14, although not while he was on the surface of the Moon.

Buzz Aldrin flew on Apollo 11. Not 13. Never hear of any psychic experiments though.

Nowhere, because A) Aldrin was on Apollo 11, not Apollo 13
and B) NASA does not waste its astronauts extremely valuable flight time on such nonsense as that.
