i got letter on mail, and company need cliets in US, they pay 15 % by using my account, to do payments to Russia, can I trust them???

No, it's a scam. Why would a legitimate company need to pay you 15%?
They'll send you a check and have you deposit it. They'll expect you to immediately wire their share (85%) back to them. Notice that they won't let you just send them a check, you'll have to wire it back immediately.
Only after you've wired the money and you have no recouse will you find out that the check they sent you is bogus/counterfeit. Your bank will charge it back to your account and you'll be out the money you wired.

NO, it is not okay.
These scams have been going around for years. They have been on the news and on the Internet. Surely you must have heard or read about it.
NEVER, EVER reply to any emails you get that want you to help a person who needs to get money into the States.... total B.S., just delete... actually any email you get from someone you do not recognize you should just delete... that way you save yourself from getting some worms and bad programs that will mess with your computer!!
