Why isn't my fat attracting the ladies?

Question

I read that in the past if someone was fat it meant that they were a good provider and women would want to be with them. So I quit working out and started eating like a pig. I figured why work out when this method is so easy. But now girls are ignoring me! How big does my gut have to get before I get "sexy"?

OK now people are saying fat is not sexy. I read this in a BOOK. Hello? It's on the printed page people.

Because I am bored, I'll answer it anyway.
Golddiggers don't mind fat guys if they are loaded with money. Some Asian culture find white fat guys adorable.
Why anybody would think they HAVE to be fat to attract ladies sounds retarded to me to put it bluntly.
If you're in great shape, you'll be alsways more attractive to most women and you'll be healthier to enjoy life (and sex-think about it, how do you move with a fat belly???).

I don't know what you were reading but being fat, as you put it, does not mean a man is a good provider. Women want a man who is in good shape & healthy. A fat gut is not sexy in my eyes. The fat around the middle spells all kinds of health problems for men, so go back to getting in shape & eating healthy, & drinking a lot of water.
