An inferiority complex is never feeling equal to any task or any other person that you come in contact with. How's that for simple?

The complex comes from wanting to be noticed in the world but not wanting to be embarrassed. Someone with an inferiority complex wants that but always feel like he or she is not as good as others and will be embarrassed most of the time if people really know them.

It means you're always afraid someone is going to be better at something than you. Desperate House wives: Linnette's husband has an inferiority complex.

It means always being worried about not being as good as everyone else. Worried about being inferior to everyone else. Inferiority complex is like an on going problem with it.

An inferiority complex is one someone doesn't think he/she is good enough and has a low sense of self -esteem so they may be mean to people or they may take drugs or overeat or drink too much. They keep comparing themselves to other people and find that they don't measure up and so they don't like themselves.

You're either a troll or else you're just showing the world how ignorant you are. It must have been a real stretch for you to imagine a word with more than two syllables. Do you have a headache from the mental strain?

Inferiority complex means being not good enough in what you are doing. In comparison to other people, you always feel that your efforts are too little and unacceptable compared their efforts (when in reality its not).
A classic example would be found in a classroom setting. some students feel they are "dumb" because they cannot perform when comparing their selves to their classmates.

Inferiority is an ego function based upon selfishness. There is no one less or greater than yourself. Superiority is the same but the other end of the stick as it were.

There's a famous British actor who suffers from this. He constantly refers to his working class background and also to the social strata in interviews, so it's clearly something he has a problem with. Another way of describing it is as inverted snobbery - "I'm from a poor family so I am more virtuous/harder-working than a rich person".It is usually hypocrisy which is shown in the behaviour of the person making these claims, - the actor sent his children to the schools of the rich for their education.

You just feel like you are less of a person than the others.
