Both charges were damaging. Jefferson's $90,000 in his freezer is what is more damaging and also the the video doesn't help it any.

    Jefferson.

Well, Jefferson's long list of indictments seems most serious! I just hope they treat that as seriously as they treated the single iffy charge against Libby.

    But Libby was found guilty...

He's taking a fall for Cheney.

Cheney wanted the war with Iraq. So he manipulated intelligence, undermined his critics, and kept beating the war drum.

Libby is guilty of letting Cheney hide in the dark. Cheney, that Halliburton crony, that intimate friend of big oil, that 5 time draft-dodger, that shoot-and-run warhawk.

Cheney doesn't deserve our trust. He's a slimeball.

Jefferson. He accepted bribes and as a member of Congress, he can use his influence to benefit the African companies he took bribes from at the expense of the American taxpayer.

Libby is going to jail because he is an idiot.

well, based on the maximum sentencing, I would say Jefferson's, since his max is 256 years but it's a complex question to ask in regards to value...Both were pretty dispicable acts
