How do i lost my thigh area and inner thigh and pregnant?
I am 22 weeks pregnant. and my thigh are getting bigger. I walk alot and been eating really health. I only gain 5 pounds from being pregnant. I really wanted to lost my thigh area. and i can lift weights after 20 weeks. So hope someone can me lost some thigh area. but before i had weight train on my thigh and other areas too but the thigh is my big thing right now.. i have not gain a lot of weight either and i go gym too. I do trendmill and weight lift and what ever my trainer ask me to do.
and people do not be mean because there a lot of mean people on here to say something mean.
i am not selfish. i was just asking question to see how i can make my thigh toner.. or lost weight after.

you are pregnant. it sounds like you are taking very good care of your body and eating properly. but when you are pregnant you gain water weight. your body is just getting ready for your baby.
dont worry, it will all come off after the baby is born, if you continue to take good care of yourself. my butt got 3 x's bigger when i was pregnant... i swear! and it was back down to my pre-pregnancy weight in 4 weeks after delivering. i just ate right and walked everyday during my pregnancy.

You are doing the right things to take care of yourself and baby. Continue to walk and eat very healthy for you and the baby.Make sure you are also taking prenatal vitamins. You will gain weight from being pregnant and should for the health of your baby, and will loose your pregncancy weight once you have the baby. You can take this mean or not....but to me, you are being selfish, worry about yourself after you're finished growing a baby. All the workouts in the world can't prevent a baby from changing your body.
