He cheated and I think he should pay...?

Alright, so this is what happened. Me and my boyfriend were together for almost a month until out of nowhere, he calls me one day and tells me over the PHONE that we aren't made for each other. So, basically, he broke up with me over the phone! I had no idea why he did what he did and i had no clue because he didn't have the guts to tell me. Then, I found out that he left me for this hobag s l u t. I said, okay, if he wants to leave me for this ugly whore, then so be it. I cried over it, of course, because I loved him, but to make matters worse, I found out later that he had cheated on me with her. He went over to her house and they did some stuff, I don't know the details and then he broke up with me an hour later. He was such a coward and couldn't tell me to my face why he did it. All he wanted from her was sex and he knew she puts out really easily, so he tried to get with her. He left me for her, and cheated on me. Doesn't he deserve to pay for what he did? I know, he's not worth
