Point of view's please....?

ok, met this guy at the weekend and he was really swet and considerate and thouhtful and wouldn't let me pay for anything (I almost had to fight him for it), he really looked after me and was really nervous and tryed to keep me entertained all night. He said he liked me and at least wanted to be my friend. I gave him my number. At the end of the night he asked if I wasnted to go watch a DVD at his but I wanted to carry on partying so didn't go (he was a friend of a friend by the way) any way, he didn't call me - why not?? cos I wouldnt go home with him or cos he thought I didnt like him (I told him I like him at at least wanted to be friends but wasnt sure if I wanted anything more but I was a bit flirty) opinions please as I ereally thought he was a nice guy and I rarely think that about guys!
