Concert tickets. What does it mean ?
Please see link. What does it mean when it says NOT A CONCERT TICKET/VIP ACCESS TO DRINK AND SMOKE under the ticket price ??

This is generally a before or after party in an area adjacent to the concert venue.
You pay for a seperate ticket for entrance to this area and usually have to buy a concert ticket in addition to the "party area" ticket.
You can get a concert ticket without this. But, usually you cannot get this ticket without the concert ticket.

They are just VIP tickets for an access area. Where you can drink and smoke. It will get you into the tent, not the concert.

It sounds like it is access to the VIP area but then you have to pay additional for a ticket on top of the VIP pass.
