The food industry hides the amount of sugar in products by using different names for the same thing In a product.
They may have sugar in different forms down four times, but the one most people focus on is the first one. Some do not recgonize the other forms of sugar.
They do often use different types of sweetener such as glucose, sucrose levuloce, dextrose, maltose etc.
Fructose simply put is fruit, / vegetable sugar.

Avoid high fructose corn syrup at any cost. In fact, I would even advise you to use sugar instead of it. One theory has shown that fructose is more readily converted to fat by your liver than is sucrose, increasing the levels of fat in your bloodstream. In addition, animal studies have shown a link between increased consumption of high-fructose corn syrup and adverse health effects, such as diabetes and high cholesterol. High-fructose corn syrup is found in the form of soft drinks, fruit-flavored beverages and other processed foods. These types of foods are often high in calories and low in nutritional value. This fact alone is reason to be cautious about foods containing high-fructose corn syrup. Hope I helped! =)
