RES Mating Dance?
My male RES has been doing his mating dance again to the female. He did this all last summer as well. The female seems to be pretty annoyed and chases or pushes him away. Do I separate them, or let them be? They are usually very fond of each other but I don't want her to be stressed. She's not old enough to mate yet.

If she looks stressed, always hiding, head and limbs tucked in or if she is being bitten, you'll need to seperate. RES are one of the most aggressive turtles and often they don't get along. If you do seperate, you can do it for a few weeks or months and try to reintroduce again.

They will sort it out. When the female is ready to mate, she will let him know.
If you are worried about her health, you could separate them.
