t-mobile fees?

so about a month ago i signed a 2 yr contract with t-mobile with my sidekick id. wut if i really dont like the phone and its a piece of crap and i just want a normal phone. its not going to upgrade...i just want a cheaper phone. do i have to sign another 2 yr contract or pay any extra fees to do this?

    If it's been a month, you'll be charged *something* but if you hate it, call and offer to trade the old Sidekick in for something else. You may have to sign another contract since the Sidekick has it's own special plan.

    If you've passed the T-Mobile phone trial time, you can simply buy another GSM phone retail.

    BUT, that is, if T-Mobile will let you out of your Sidekick data contract without penalty. You'll have to call them.

    no fees

    but u have to pay the full price for the phone...

    and it will extend ur contract another 2 years....

    i had to do that with the tmobile wing...

    i had to pay about 600 dollars!
