How can we spend millions "saving" stray dogs, and kill (abort) babies?

How can America spend millions on animals while children are starving in Africa? How can America spend millions on luxury items while the world starves on a daily basis?

I don't know. But I do understand your point. I love my dogs. But dogs were never created in the image of God. We should be better stewards of what God entrusted to us. But that is a personal responsibility.

Oh come on! You can't think of any other ways that america is wasting its money? How about how people spend 100 billion dollars a year on fast food? Or how 10 billion is spent on VIDEO GAMES? I dont think we need to choose between animals and babies - we should be choosing between stupid unnecessary comforts and babies.

Why are people arguing politics in the Dog section anyway? You're supposed to ask about kibble and puppies and training and AKC papers, not abortion!

The thing about this is, woman have the choice to get pg, a dog can not thank well if I go out to breed then i have to use a rubber! thank it over there is a huge differences.

A dog or cat in the shelter is a living, breathing, feeling creature. A fetus is a potential life.

You may not agree with me but I think it's far more important to save a developed life than to try to save an unwanted fetus that can't think, feel and isn't even aware of itself.

I assume your pro-life, so I can understand how it would be upsetting to find out such information, so my suggestion would be that you donate money or time to a place that spay's animals at a low cost. That way the animals don't reproduce so much and there aren't as many of them to save.

Or

Help support someone who wants to keep their pregnancy but doesn't have the means to support a child. That way they don't feel like they have to choose abortion.

There are plently of valid reasons for abortion (and believe me i dont like it as much as you do), would you prefer a child to be brought up with parents that just couldnt look after it?

Some mothers and babies are in danger if action isn't taken.

I totally agree. I def. don't think neitehr of these should happen. I never believed in aboration and NEVER will! I LOVE animals so much, but if it was between a human being and an animal the human wins! I And i hate seeing an animal die, but a human being is a HUMAN BEING!
