I get my period around teh 16th when should i start wearing panty liners or pads before my period? How many days ahead would you say?

i usually wear them when i feel like im getting cramps about 3 days before i think my period will come!

I usually do a day or two early. Don't go by the date though - not every month has the same number of days! Keep track of your cycle for a few months and calculate the number of days from finish to start of your next period. This will be more accurate.
