Having Problems with Scripting Issues Php?

I am having a Scripting Issue, I purchased a ebook package with Resell Rights, Go into the Adminstration Area, Go into Products Tab, Ask for the Product Name, Description, Download Link, and then you click Summit, It suppose to save this information and post on your website. I put the product Name and Insert a Image, Click Summit and nothing is Posted, Anyone Know much about Php, To get this script to work, I know most will say, Call Customer Support, I have been emailing Seymour Products.com all week, with no response, So I am asking anybody with Programming Experience, Not anyone with vague answers, I would appreciate the advice, Thanks, I could email somebody a code to see if the script is correct, maybe the product code.
